To singsweep or not to singsweep...

18/01/2012 - To stand still is to fall behind. It's a cliché, but radio is bound by the same fate.

One year after a complete restyling MNM chooses to move forward in 2012 by expanding its jingle package. Part of the existing jingles have been remixed and complemented with a full batch of singsweeps.

10 cuts have gotten a Brandy make-over. But the positivity and recognizability of the original cuts were retained, so the original and the remix tracks can both be used on air at the same time.

The remix session provided a ton of extra postproduction tools. These were used to produce extra snappy singsweeps.

To singsweep or not to singsweep...

13/01/2012 - There’s still a heated debate about where the best chocolate is made (in Switzerland or in Belgium)…
but the ONEfm DJs and the Brandy crew definitely agree on the sound of CHR imaging.

For the Swiss station, the Brandy production wizards created a number of IDs, sweeps and singsweeps comple-
mentary to the ‘The Kick’ packages.

These allow the DJs to craft their transitions and segues into perfection, resulting in an optimal flow – quintessen-
tial for contemporary hit radio.

And Santa also brought a Brandy toolbox for the ONEfm in-house producers.

That’ll keep them busy for a while…at least until Santa returns :-)
