Q Loves the Summer

10/07/2012 - A successful radio station evolves with its listener’s pace of life. And what a station does with its music and its content, it should also do with its imaging. Q-music shows the way with a complete summer makeover. The sunny summer vibes are translated into a double strapline: “The Summer of Love - Love the Summer”. It’s the foundation for a complete summer imaging package.

Q-Summer Love is made out of 10 basic cuts and a Top of Hour. The music is inspired by today’s hottest summer songs, with some male-colored vocals for extra oomph. We have the full versions lined up, but of course there are lots of ramps, donuts and shotguns too.

Q-music has become one of Europe’s strongest radio brands in just a couple of years’ time. The station pays a lot of attention to its imaging, which is a key element in the brand’s strategy.

GLOBE - Vol. 2 // News/Talk package

06/03/2013 - In 2011 Brandy completely restyled Radio 1 with GLOBE, a huge audio branding package featuring a recognizable sonic logo, 3 top of hours, 12 musical themes, morning and drive time beds and a full kit for news, weather and traffic. 

In 2013 the package was extended, borrowing elements from new contemporary musical styles. The new cuts work very well together with the existing package, yet bring some up-to-date color to the station. Explore the new tracks here soon.

About Radio 1

Radio 1 is the Belgian public broadcaster's information oriented radio channel. The core of its programming is the news show in the morning and evening drive time. The station broadcasts an eclectic mix of current affairs, cultural news and a broad musical palette.
